Samantha was an excellent realtor to work with. When we were looking to purchase a new home, she was always happy to schedule viewings for us promptly and never pressured us to buy something that wasn’t a good fit. On the sale of our townhouse, Samantha and her team did an incredible job of giving us advice and clear instructions on what updates would be worthwhile prior to selling, the extent of decluttering required, and even staged our home. Samantha also worked with us to pick the right time to sell, the right listing price for our goals and timeline, and went above and beyond to help us work through conditions with the buyer.
